Terms of Service.
These terms govern your use of freshify.io and any software product purchased from Freshify.
Effective date: June 22, 2026
Freshify is a trade name of Egencie, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Freshify,” “we,” “our”). By visiting freshify.io or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Products
Freshify sells software products for owned, modular software infrastructure:
- Sovereign Portal — open-source reference implementation released under the Apache 2.0 license. Free to download, self-host, fork, and modify, subject to the license terms in the repository.
- Sovereign Dev Pass — a monthly subscription providing access to documentation, prompts, reference patterns, and updates for building sovereign modules.
- Module Starter Pack — a one-time purchase delivering a custom sovereign module to your repository, scoped at the time of order and delivered within the stated window.
- Sovereign Editions — vertical-specific software licenses delivered as a one-time purchase with an optional updates subscription. Editions are sold on a waitlist basis until general availability.
- Training Pack — an enterprise software license and knowledge-transfer package quoted by form-driven intake and invoiced directly.
2. Orders and payment
Online purchases are processed by Paddle.com Inc., the Merchant of Record for transactions on freshify.io. Paddle handles billing, payment processing, sales-tax/VAT collection, invoicing, and refund processing. Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
Subscriptions (Sovereign Dev Pass, optional Editions updates) renew on the same calendar day each month or year and may be cancelled at any time from your Paddle account or by contacting us. One-time products (Module Starter Pack, Editions licenses) are delivered once payment clears. Form-driven products (Training Pack) are quoted, invoiced, and delivered per the written order confirmation.
3. Refunds and cancellation
See our Refund Policy for full details, including the rules for the Sovereign Dev Pass subscription, the Module Starter Pack, and the Training Pack.
4. Deliverables and ownership
Upon full payment, you own the deliverable produced under your order — the source code, the documentation, and the deployed artifacts — subject to the applicable license terms. Freshify retains ownership of the underlying frameworks, methodologies, templates, and reference implementations (including but not limited to Sovereign Software™, Sovereign Modular Architecture™, and the 4-Layer Permission Architecture™). Sovereign Portal is governed by the Apache 2.0 license as published in the repository.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties will protect non-public information shared in connection with a purchase — commercial, technical, or personnel-related — with the same care they apply to their own confidential information. We will not publicly reference your company in case studies or marketing materials without your written permission.

8. Limitation of liability
