Payments and invoicing
How you get billed.
The Sovereign Foundation is a one-time purchase. Card checkout is coming soon. In the meantime, submit the access form on the Buy page and we will email you a secure pay link within one business day, then invite you to the private Foundation repos as soon as payment clears. Card statements show Egencie, Inc. (DBA Freshify).
The Sovereign Dev Pass is a monthly subscription. Cancel anytime from your account — no annual commitment, no notice period.
Sovereign Pre-Builts are quoted on request. Prices, delivery timeline, and license terms are confirmed in a written order before billing.

- Is $9,900 a fair price for the Foundation?
- Compare it to the alternative, not to a SaaS subscription. At $180/hour, three months of a senior engineer building the same multi-tenant plumbing is roughly $86,000. The full “why” is on the Sovereign Foundation page. If you already priced a rebuild internally, you already know.
- Do you offer discounts, volume tiers, or annual prepay?
- No. Every price on this page is the price everyone pays. No procurement games, no volume tiers, no “call us to talk.” The launch price on the Foundation is already the discount — it rises to $12,900 on January 1, 2027.
- Can I pay by invoice or PO instead of card?
- Yes, for the Foundation and Pre-Builts. Email hello@freshify.io with your billing details and we'll issue an invoice. Dev Pass is card-only through the subscription checkout.
- What happens if I change my mind?
- Full details on the Refund Policy. Short version: Foundation and Pre-Builts are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase for any reason. Dev Pass cancels any time from your account.
- What does the Foundation license actually let me do?
- Build one product on it, deploy that product commercially to your customers, put unlimited internal developers on it. Full license summary and terms live on the Buy page and the Terms of Service.
- What's the difference between the Foundation and the AI Build Kit?
- The Foundation is the code — the base every sovereign platform runs on. The AI Build Kit is how you build your product modules on top of it, yourself, using AI. Foundation is what you buy; Guide is how you extend it without hiring a dev shop.
- Which product do I start with?
- If you are building a new sovereign platform from scratch, start with the Sovereign Foundation. Add the AI Build Kit if you want to ship product modules on top yourself. If your team is already building and you want ongoing AI-assisted architecture reviews, add the Sovereign Dev Pass. If you want a working platform for a specific vertical, ask about a Sovereign Pre-Built.
