How you get billed.
The Sovereign Foundation is a one-time purchase. Pay $9,900, submit a short access form with your GitHub username, and you're invited to the private Foundation repos within one business day. Card statements show Egencie, Inc. (DBA Freshify).
The Sovereign Dev Pass is a monthly subscription. Cancel anytime from your account — no annual commitment, no notice period.
Sovereign Pre-Builts are quoted on request. Prices, delivery timeline, and license terms are confirmed in a written order before billing.

- Is $9,900 a fair price for the Foundation?

- Do you offer discounts, volume tiers, or annual prepay?
- No. Every price on this page is the price everyone pays. No procurement games, no volume tiers, no “call us to talk.” The launch price on the Foundation is already the discount — it rises to $12,900 on January 1, 2027.
- Can I pay by invoice or PO instead of card?
- Yes, for the Foundation and Pre-Builts. Email hello@freshify.io with your billing details and we'll issue an invoice. Dev Pass is card-only through the subscription checkout.
- What happens if I change my mind?
- Full details on the Refund Policy. Short version: Foundation and Pre-Builts are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase for any reason. Dev Pass cancels any time from your account.
- What does the Foundation license actually let me do?
- Build one product on it, deploy that product commercially to your customers, put unlimited internal developers on it. Full license summary and terms live on the Buy page and the Terms of Service.
- Which product do I start with?
- If you are building a new sovereign platform from scratch, start with the Sovereign Foundation.
