Every Freshify engagement includes the following at no additional charge:
- Scoping conversation — before payment, we confirm the engagement is the right one and you have what you need from us.
- Written scope statement — delivered within one business day of purchase, defining the deliverable, the timeline, and the success criteria.
- Principal delivery — Freshify principals do the work. No junior layer. No offshore handoff.
- Environment setup — cloud project, repos, CI/CD pipelines, and secret management configured in your accounts (you own the infrastructure).
- Documentation — architecture decisions, runbooks, and a decision log handed over with every build.
- Handoff — a walkthrough call with your engineering team. The module is yours to run on day one.
We do not bill for discovery phases, kickoff calls, status meetings, or revision rounds within the agreed scope.

How payment works
Simple, predictable, documented.
- One invoice per engagement. Fixed-price engagements are billed in full at purchase. Retainers are billed monthly on the same calendar day.
- Paddle.com Inc. processes every transaction as our Merchant of Record. They handle billing, invoicing, tax (sales tax/VAT), and refund processing on our behalf.
- Accepted methods — credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and most major regional payment methods supported by Paddle.
- Refunds — cancel any one-time engagement before kickoff for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for full terms.
- Custom or enterprise scope? If your engagement falls outside the standard portfolio above, contact us and we will provide a custom quote and statement of work.
