How billing works
Paddle is our Merchant of Record.
We use Paddle as our Merchant of Record for online purchases. That means:
- Paddle is the seller and handles your invoice
- Paddle handles VAT, GST, and sales tax automatically for every country
- Your card statement shows Paddle, not Freshify
- Refunds and chargebacks are handled through Paddle
- You receive a tax-compliant invoice for every charge
For the form-driven Training Pack Transfer — Standard, billing is handled by direct invoice (wire, ACH, or Paddle invoice — your choice).

Common questions.
- Can I get a discount?
- The Sovereign Dev Pass is single-tier and single-price for everyone. The Module Starter Pack is fixed price. Training Pack Transfer — Standard is fixed price. The only volume option is the Module Starter Pack — buy three or more at once and the contact form lets us issue a bundle quote.
- Do you offer annual prepay?
- Not on the Dev Pass yet. We may add an annual prepay option once we have churn data to set the discount correctly. For now, monthly only.
- Can I get an invoice?
- Yes — every Paddle purchase generates a tax-compliant invoice automatically. Training Pack Transfer — Standard invoices are issued directly.
- What's your refund policy?
- Sovereign Dev Pass: cancel anytime. You retain access through the end of the billing period and we don't bill you again. No prorated refunds.
Module Starter Pack: refund available before delivery. None after delivery (it's custom code).
Training Pack Transfer — Standard: refund available before delivery. None after delivery. - Can I use these products commercially?
- Sovereign Portal: yes, Apache 2.0.
Sovereign Dev Pass: yes, the output is yours.
