Sovereign AI Kit Architecture Service

Your AI writes the code. We make sure it fits the architecture.

A subscription that checks every module your team and its AI coding tools build against the Sovereign architecture, and fails the build when something breaks it. Cursor, Claude Code, and Copilot move fast. This keeps the 100th module as sound as the first.

The problem

Rules your AI can ignore are only suggestions.

Every team using AI to write code has the same gap. The architecture lives in a document, a prompt, or someone’s head. The AI reads it when it remembers to, follows it when it’s convenient, and quietly works around it when it isn’t. Each change looks reasonable on its own. Six months later the module boundaries have worn away and nobody can say when it happened.

More reviewers don’t fix it, because AI produces code faster than people can review it. What fixes it is a check that runs on every change and cannot be skipped.

What's included

The architecture, written down and enforced.

  • The Sovereign AI Knowledge Kit — the full Standard Module Interface specification, the anti-pattern catalog, and ready-made context files that prime Cursor, Claude Code, and Copilot to build inside the architecture.
  • The sovereign-check CLI — runs on every developer machine and in your CI pipeline. It checks each module for routing and identity, authorization, data ownership, interface structure, events, UI surfaces, and AI Agent scoping.
  • A build that fails on real violations — a module that stores its own users, reads permissions the wrong way, or writes into another module’s data fails the build before it merges. Deviations that may be deliberate are flagged as warnings instead.
  • Continuous ruleset updates — as new anti-patterns are identified, the rules reach every project automatically. No upgrade needed.
  • Architecture reports — a readable conformance report for any project, including every waived rule and the reason it was waived. Ready to hand to a client, an auditor, or a technical due-diligence reviewer.
  • Your dashboard — active projects, plan limits, ruleset version, and subscription status in one place. Archive a finished project to free its slot.

How it works

Activate, check, fix, stay current.

01

Activate

Add your license key once — on a developer machine or as a CI secret. The first run registers the project against your plan.

02

Check every build

The checker runs locally before a commit and in CI on every pull request. Failures block the merge. Warnings are reported without stopping anyone.

03

Fix with guidance

Every finding names the rule, the file and line, and the section of the architecture it comes from. Developers and their AI coding tools learn the architecture from the checker itself.

04

Stay current

The ruleset updates itself as the architecture evolves. Every project on your plan is always checked against the latest version.

What your team sees

It teaches while it blocks.

FAIL 2 rules

FAIL authz-03 Module reads Company document directly to check permission

Subscription plans

Priced per active project. Unlimited developers.

PlanPriceBest for
1 active project$399/moAn in-house team building on a Sovereign platform.
5 active projects$1,500/moA development firm running several client builds at once.
15 active projects$3,750/moAn agency or venture studio with a portfolio of Sovereign builds.

Every plan includes unlimited developers, unlimited runs, continuous ruleset updates, and the full Knowledge Kit. Archived projects free their slot, so you pay for the work in flight, not the work you’ve finished.

Built the sovereign way

A subscription that can never hold your platform hostage.

  • Your build never breaks over billing. If a subscription lapses, the checker warns, then stops updating, then runs read-only. Nothing you own stops working.
  • Works offline. A signed license check is cached for 72 hours, so the checker runs on a plane or inside a locked-down CI network.
  • Your code stays with you. The checker runs on your machines and in your pipeline. Freshify receives a license check and a one-way project hash, never your source or your repository address.
  • Optional by design. Pre-Builts and the Base Platform are yours outright and never depend on this service. It’s there for teams who want every change checked, not a condition of owning your code.

FAQ

Questions teams ask before subscribing.

Do I need this to buy a Pre-Built or the Base Platform?
No. Every Pre-Built and the Sovereign Base Platform are yours outright, and they never depend on an active subscription. The Architecture Service is for teams that want every module they build afterward checked against the architecture, automatically.
What counts as an active project?
One codebase the checker runs against, identified by its repository. Unlimited developers and unlimited runs per project. When an engagement ends, archive the project from your dashboard and the slot is free for the next one.
What happens if our subscription lapses?
Your build never breaks. You get a grace period with warnings, then the ruleset stops updating, then the checker runs in read-only mode. Your platform keeps running exactly as it did.
Does our code leave our machines?
No. The checker runs locally and in your CI. Only a license check and a one-way hash identifying the project are sent to Freshify. We never receive your source code or your repository address.
Which AI coding tools does it work with?
All of them. The Knowledge Kit ships context files for Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot, and the checker judges the code itself, not the tool that wrote it.
Can we waive a rule?
Yes, per rule and per path, with a written reason. Every waiver appears in the architecture report, so you and your client can see exactly what was set aside and why.

Keep every module on the architecture.
