Custom Modules

The modules that make your product yours — designed and built.

Every business has a handful of modules that make it unique: the workflows, the pricing logic, the reporting, the customer portal, the AI Agent the SaaS you rent doesn’t quite do right. Freshify designs and builds them as real sovereign modules on top of the Sovereign Platform — conforming to the Standard Module Interface, deployed to your private GitHub repos, yours to own and extend.

What we build

Real sovereign modules, not custom code inside a monolith.

Every custom module we build is a first-class sovereign service — its own data model, its own API contract, its own Cloud Run service, its own private GitHub repository, deployed on the Sovereign Modular Architecture. It slots into the portal shell you already own, inherits identity from the Users module, respects your company and workspace boundaries, and can be reasoned about — and reviewed — on its own.

Common modules we build:

  • Operations — Orders, Inventory, Jobs, Dispatch, Scheduling, Fulfillment
  • Financial — Pricing, Estimates, Invoicing, Payments, Subscriptions
  • Customer & partner — Customer Portal, Partner Portal, Messaging, Notifications
  • Analytics — Reporting, Dashboards, Data Export, Audit
  • AI Agent modules — each AI Agent is a dedicated module with its own data and API, not a chatbot bolted onto a page
  • Whatever else your product actually needs — the module list is not the menu; it’s the starting point

Why build custom instead of renting another SaaS

Because your unique modules should not be someone else’s product.

  • Each custom module replaces a line item on your SaaS bill. Twelve months in, the total often costs less than what you were paying to rent the same functionality — and now you own it.
  • Your data stays yours. Sovereign data, sovereign deployment. No phone-home to a vendor SaaS. Tenant boundaries are your decision, not theirs.
  • The modules fit your product, not the other way around. The pricing logic, the workflow, the reporting — built to match how your business actually works, instead of how the SaaS vendor thinks it should.
  • Everything inherits from the Platform. Branding, permission model, tenant boundaries, identity, module contract — the custom module drops in and works from day one.
  • Reviewable, portable, ownable. Real code in your private GitHub repos. An acquirer or a due-diligence reviewer can read it. Your next engineering hire can extend it.

How it works

Scope, design, build, deploy.

01

Scope

Tell us what module you need and what software it replaces. Timothy scopes the module against your existing Platform in one conversation, and quotes a fixed price and timeline.

02

Design

We produce the module’s data model, API contract, and screens — sovereign from day one. You review before we write code.

03

Build

We build the module in your private GitHub repo, deploy it to its own Cloud Run service, and wire it into the portal shell you already own.

04

Handover

Documentation, deployment playbook, and a walk-through with your team. From then on, the module is yours — your team maintains it, your team extends it, or we do it for you.

One prerequisite

Custom modules run on the Sovereign Platform.

Custom modules are designed for the Sovereign Modular Architecture — the Standard Module Interface, the portal shell, the 4-Layer Permission Model, the three foundational modules (Users, Companies, Workspaces). If your team doesn’t have the Platform yet, you’ll want it first — it’s the foundation every custom module sits on.

If you already run software that isn’t on the Platform, we can also scope a migration path — which parts of your existing product map to shared modules, what needs new modules, and what the sequence looks like. Ask for a free Modification Estimate.
