Common questions.
- Who receives the report?
- Only the person who ordered it. What they do with it is up to them.
- Is our code safe?
- Yes. Access is read-only, so nothing is ever changed in your repository. Your code is copied into a temporary, isolated environment, scanned, and deleted when the scan ends. It’s never stored and never used to train AI. We keep only the findings: scores, issue types and their locations. You can revoke access at any time, and every review includes a confidentiality agreement.
- Does my technical team need to do anything?
- Only approve read-only access. There’s nothing to install.
- How is the score calculated?
- Each score starts at 100, and points are deducted by issue and severity. The method is explained in the report, so your advisors can follow it.
- What happens after the report?
- You can fix the issues yourself, hand the action list to your team, or order an estimate from us.
- Can we review a company we’re evaluating?
- Yes. You place the order, and their technical contact connects the repository. The report comes to you.
