Privacy Policy.

What we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how to control it.

Effective date: June 11, 2026

This policy explains how Egencie, Inc. (DBA Freshify; “Freshify,” “we,” “our”) collects and uses information when you visit freshify.io, submit a form, or purchase an engagement.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Information you give us through forms. Name, email, company, company size, and the free-text context you provide when you request a conversation, an advisory engagement, a blueprint, or a build.
  • Payment information. Handled directly by Paddle.com Inc., our Merchant of Record. Freshify does not see or store full payment-card numbers. We receive a record of the transaction (amount, product, customer name, email, country) from Paddle.
  • Usage data. Basic server logs (IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp). These are retained for security and debugging and are typically deleted within 30 days.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers or behavioural advertising cookies.

2. How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and deliver the engagement you purchased
  • To send transactional emails related to your engagement (scope, scheduling, deliverables, invoices)
  • To process payments and meet our tax and accounting obligations
  • To operate, secure, and improve freshify.io

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers we need to run the practice:

  • Paddle.com Inc. — payment processing, invoicing, tax handling, refund handling (Merchant of Record)
  • Google Cloud Platform — hosting and infrastructure
  • Google Workspace — email and document collaboration
  • Professional advisors (accountants, attorneys) under their own duty of confidentiality, when needed

We may also disclose information when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety.

4. Cookies

freshify.io uses a single first-party cookie to remember your theme preference (dark or light). We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

5. Data retention

  • Form submissions and engagement records: retained for the life of the client relationship and up to seven (7) years afterwards for tax and audit purposes
  • Server logs: typically deleted within 30 days
  • Transaction records held by Paddle: governed by Paddle’s Privacy Notice

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR if you are in the EU/UK and CCPA if you are a California resident), you have rights to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Request a portable copy of your information
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@freshify.io. We will respond within 30 days.

7. International transfers

Freshify operates from the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We rely on standard contractual safeguards for international transfers where required.

8. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your information — encrypted transit (TLS), access controls, least-privilege principles, and segregated environments. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

freshify.io is a business-to-business service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
