Refund Policy.

A short, plain-English explanation of how refunds work.

The short version

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Custom code is refundable before delivery. Software licenses are non-refundable once delivered. Sovereign Portal is free and open source, so no refund applies.

1. One-time products

Applies to the Module Starter Pack, the Training Pack, and Sovereign Editions licenses.

  • Module Starter Pack ($499): full refund available before delivery begins. Modules are typically delivered within four hours of order. Once the module has been delivered to your repository, the order is non-refundable because the custom code has been produced and transferred to you.
  • Training Pack: full refund available at any time before delivery of the software license and knowledge-transfer materials. Once delivered, the order is non-refundable because the license and materials have been transferred to you.
  • Sovereign Editions: Editions are sold on a waitlist basis until general availability. Refunds for prepaid waitlist orders are available at any time before the Edition is delivered. Once delivered, the license is non-refundable. The optional updates subscription follows the subscription rules below.
  • To request a refund, email privacy@freshify.io with your order details. We will issue eligible refunds within 5 business days.

2. Subscriptions

Applies to the Sovereign Dev Pass ($149/month) and any optional Sovereign Editions updates subscription.

  • You may cancel a subscription at any time from your Paddle account or by emailing privacy@freshify.io. No notice period is required. There is no annual commitment.
  • When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months or years.
  • No future charges are made after cancellation takes effect.

3. Outside the policy

If something has clearly gone wrong on our side — the deliverable materially fails to match the written scope, the order was unreasonably delayed by us, or we made a meaningful error — email privacy@freshify.io and we will resolve it fairly. We would rather correct the work or issue a partial refund than leave a customer unhappy.

4. How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method on file with the invoicing partner that processed the order (Paddle for online purchases, or the issuing bank for direct invoices). Refunds typically complete within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
