Refund Policy.

Effective date: July 15, 2026

The short version

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund on any Freshify software license, for any reason. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

1. One-time software licenses

Applies to the Sovereign Platform and Sovereign Pre-Builts licenses.

• Sovereign Platform ($2,400 startup / $12,000 corporate): full refund available within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. After 14 days the license is non-refundable.
• Sovereign Pre-Builts: full refund available within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. After 14 days the license is non-refundable.
• To request a refund, email privacy@freshify.io with your order details within the 14-day window. We will issue eligible refunds within 5 business days.

2. Outside the policy

If something has clearly gone wrong on our side — the deliverable materially fails to match the written scope, the order was unreasonably delayed by us, or we made a meaningful error — email privacy@freshify.io and we will resolve it fairly. We would rather correct the work or issue a partial refund than leave a customer unhappy.

3. How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method on the order. Refunds typically complete within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
