Refund Policy — Freshify

Effective date: June 11, 2026

The short version

Cancel any time before kickoff for a full refund. Once kickoff has happened and delivery is underway, the engagement is non-refundable.

1. One-time engagements

Applies to: Software Debt: Financial Impact & Tactical Plan ($4,500), Sovereign Software Blueprint ($6,500), Sovereign Base ($18,000), Custom Sovereign Module ($11,600), advisory engagements, and bundles.

Before the scheduled kickoff call: full refund. Email privacy@freshify.io with your order details and we will issue the refund through Paddle within 5 business days.
After kickoff has occurred: the engagement is non-refundable. We have committed calendar time, started architecture or diagnostic work, and the deliverable is being produced against your scope.

2. Recurring retainers

Applies to: Advantage Retainer ($4,500/month) and AI Maintenance Retainer (from $3,500/month).

You may cancel a retainer at any time with 30 days’ written notice to privacy@freshify.io.
The current month’s fee is non-refundable. After the 30-day notice period, billing stops and no further charges are made.
Retainers have a 6-month minimum term. If you cancel before the 6-month minimum is reached, the remaining months of the minimum become payable on cancellation. We will discuss this transparently before you sign up.

3. Outside the policy

If something has clearly gone wrong on our side — the deliverable materially fails to match the written scope, the engagement was unreasonably delayed by us, or we made a meaningful error — email privacy@freshify.io and we will resolve it fairly. We would rather correct the work or issue a partial refund than leave a client unhappy.

4. How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued through Paddle.com Inc., our Merchant of Record, back to the original payment method. Paddle typically completes refunds within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
